Your Tradex App access is included with your active Tradex membership. Download the app below and use the same email address associated with your existing Tradex account.

Downloading the app is free. Your active Tradex membership provides access to your eligible membership features.

Get Started

Download the Tradex App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using the buttons above.
Open the app and select Register or Sign In.
Use the exact same email address associated with your Tradex membership account.
Complete any email-verification steps shown in the app.
Once you are signed in, your eligible membership features should appear automatically.

Important: Use Your Existing Tradex Email

Do not register with a different email address. Using another email—including an Apple “Hide My Email” address—may prevent the app from recognizing your Tradex membership.

No Additional App Purchase Is Required

As an active Tradex member, you do not need to purchase another membership or subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

The app is simply the mobile access point for the benefits already included with your Tradex membership. If you see an unexpected payment or subscription prompt, do not complete the purchase. First, confirm that you are signed in with the same email address used for your Tradex account.

Don’t See Your Membership Access?

Your access may take a few minutes to appear after registration. Please try the following:

Confirm that the email shown in the app exactly matches your Tradex account email.
Close and reopen the app.
Sign out, then sign back in.
Make sure you have completed email verification.
Confirm that your Tradex membership is currently active.
