At Tradex, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you would like to permanently delete your Tradex account and associated personal data, you may request account deletion at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion

To help us verify your identity and process your request, please include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your Tradex account
A brief statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account
What Happens After Your Request
Once your identity has been verified, we will permanently deactivate and delete your Tradex account.
Most requests are completed within 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirming when your account has been deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
Your Tradex account
Your profile information
Your login credentials
Your notification history
Your app preferences
Your account settings
Any other personal information associated with your Tradex account that is no longer required
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or regulatory compliance purposes.
This may include:
Purchase and billing records
Transaction history
Information required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
Any retained information will be securely stored only for the period required by law and will not be used for marketing purposes.
