Platform Accounting Group has added Accounting Specialists, based in Boca Raton, Florida, US, to its network.
The practice joined Platform’s collective as ASG Advisors.
With the deal, Platform opens its first location in Florida and broadens its presence across the south-eastern US.
ASG, established 18 years ago, serves clients in Boca Raton and the surrounding area across sectors including construction, manufacturing, retail and non-profit organisations.
The company’s offering covers accounting, consulting, financial reporting, forensic accounting, payroll administration and tax compliance, alongside broader financial and business advisory services.
ASG principal Robert Haugh said: “Joining Platform is an excellent next step for our firm.
“We have worked hard to maintain our long-standing and successful relationships with our clients, and now we can build on that success.”

Platform Accounting Group, founded in 2015, now includes more than 1,000 employees and 50 affiliated companies across 16 US states.
In January this year, Platform added Riibner and Associates to its Compass US Accountants and Advisors team.
The Kensington, Maryland-based practice has been serving local clients for more than three decades. The addition strengthens Compass’ coverage in the state while positioning it closer to Washington, DC.
Last year, Platform added AKM Advisors to its network, the group’s largest-ever addition in New York.
