Equipment finance insurance specialist Acquis has expanded its partnership with Xerox Financial Services France (XFS), the companies said in a joint press release.
The collaboration, which began in the UK in 2014, now extends to the French market.
Under the agreement, Acquis will provide XFS customers in France with its Amplio pre-sales insurance solution, which offers integrated insurance coverage designed for professional equipment finance.
The partnership brings the collaboration between Acquis and Xerox Financial Services to 12 European markets. It is intended to provide clients with insurance integrated directly into finance agreements, clear summaries of cover, and faster claims handling.
Matthew Woodhouse, SVP Revenue EMEA at Xerox Financial Services, said the arrangement “reflects our commitment to offering clients more comprehensive and transparent solutions” and noted that the companies aim to “simplify management and insurance coverage to suit client needs.”
Frédéric Guez, Regional Manager France & Benelux for Acquis, described the partnership as aligned with Acquis’s strategy of working with partners such as XFS to provide “innovative insurance solutions tailored to the needs of businesses.”
For Acquis, the expansion strengthens its presence in France, a priority growth market. The agreement also allows Xerox Financial Services to gain enhanced visibility into programme performance, supported by detailed reporting and more efficient insurance management.
