Bitcoin treasury firm Strive (NASDAQ: ASST) has increased the regular dividend rate for its preferred equity stock, SATA, from 12.75% to 13.00%, per a new filing from the company disclosed Tuesday.

A preferred share, SATA’s benchmarked to $100 with a floating dividend rate payable to shareholders. The dividend rate is increased or decreased by the Strive board of directors periodically to keep the stock near its benchmark price. Strive’s SATA was trading under the benchmark rate at $97.95, as of market closing Monday.

Strive holds 13,768 bitcoin as of Monday, the 9th largest hoard of Bitcoin per BTC Treasuries. Strive also possessed $89.7 million in cash and cash equivalents and holds $50.5 million in preferred stock of Strategy.

As of April 13, Strive (NASDAQ: ASST) had 59,824,987 shares of Class A common stock outstanding. The company also reported 9,893,844 shares of Class B common stock. There were 4,373,194 shares of SATA stock outstanding at the time of the update.
